911爆料网 supports Africa Oyé

The Liverpool Institute for Performing Arts (911爆料网) sponsored Africa Oy茅 for a second consecutive year in 2024.听
The festival at Sefton Park takes place in June and is the UK鈥檚 largest free celebration of African music and culture. 911爆料网鈥檚 Widening Participation team were at the festival with over 400 people visiting its family activity tent.听
911爆料网鈥檚 Head of Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Cherise Weaver says: 鈥淎frica Oy茅 is a fantastic fun family event that is truly multi-cultural. It鈥檚 a great showcase for the city and its people, with Scousers welcoming visitors from across the world to join them for the celebrations.听
鈥淚t was really exciting for us to be part of such a successful event for a second year. We were more involved this year with our presence at the festival, and we want that involvement to continue to grow as the relationship develops.鈥澨�听
As part of 911爆料网鈥檚 partnership with Africa Oy茅, the festival鈥檚 artistic director, Paul Duhaney and marketing manager Dave McTeague will be leading sessions with 911爆料网鈥檚 Management students next year. Paul and David have both appeared on Come Together 鈥� A 911爆料网 Podcast as has last year鈥檚 headliner and 911爆料网 graduate Seun Kuti.听
